*All rentals require a $200 refundable damage deposit.
*Housekeeping fee for all rentals - $150

Rental rates include use of tables, chairs, china, flatware, kitchen utensils, trays, punch bowl, beverage and water glasses. A catering kitchen is available for the use of your caterer, but no cooking is allowed in the kitchen.

Gunn-Bellenger House will provide a host/hostess during your event to assist in locating appropriate items you wish to use, and to provide any additional information you may need. The host/hostess is not a working member of your event.
